Q: Can I select a photographer based on their website photos?

A: Using a photographer's website to understand their personality and photography style should only be considered as a preliminary reference. Newcomers must personally meet the photographer to determine if they are suitable for their needs. Additionally, you should request that the photographer present wedding photo works in related styles beyond those showcased on their website.

Q: How can I judge a photographer's work?

 

A: The simplest answer is to trust your own eyes and instincts. Aesthetics are always subjective, so you can initially pay attention to the photographer's past works and style, as well as their photography sensibility. The essence of wedding photography is to capture the most precious moments of life from a beautiful and moving perspective. The biggest difference and selling point of each photographer is their unique perspective and viewpoint in viewing the world and weddings. Even if many people are taking photos at the same event, they can always capture something different.

 

Q: How good is the photographer's communication ability?

 

A: Our photographers have years of experience in bridal and wedding photography and have worked with hundreds of couples on their big day, so communication is one of their daily work abilities. Are they happy during the shooting process? Are they attentive to details? They have won the "100% Real Customer Reviews" Wedding Photography Award for three consecutive years (2020-2022), proving their abilities are well recognized.

 

Q: What is the photo submission process?

 

A: The deadline for submitting all photos may vary depending on the level of busyness. The period between January and August is considered the off-season, and you can generally expect to receive your photos within three months. The period between September and December is considered the peak season, and you can generally expect to receive your photos within four months. After the photos are completed, due to their high resolution and large file size, we will upload them to an online album (with a password lock), such as Dropbox, and notify the couples to download them.

 

Q: Why is it not possible to cancel the booking and receive a refund of the deposit?

 

A: The original purpose of the deposit is to protect both parties. The deposit ensures that the couple will have photography services on their special day, and even if other people offer a higher price, the photographer will not reschedule or cancel the order. It also safeguards the photographer from additional losses caused by the couple's personal reasons. Of course, if the cancellation is due to natural and uncontrollable factors, we will help you reschedule for free.

 

Q: When should I book a photographer?

 

A: Usually, it is recommended to book a month in advance. However, booking a few days earlier is not completely impossible, but it is likely that another customer has already booked the date.
