FAQ
Professional Portrait & Family Photo

Q: Can I choose a photographer based on their website photos?

A: Using a photographer's website to understand their personality and photography style should only be considered as an initial reference. It is important for newcomers to personally meet with the photographer to determine if they are suitable for their needs. They can also request to see additional wedding photos that are not displayed on the website.

Q: How can I judge a photographer's work?

A: The simplest answer is to trust your own eyes and intuition. Aesthetics are subjective and vary from person to person. You can begin by reviewing the photographer's past work and style and consider their photography perspective. The essence of wedding photography is capturing life's most precious moments from a beautiful and captivating perspective. Each photographer's unique selling point is their different viewpoint and angle on the world and weddings. Even if many people are taking pictures at the same event, their photos will always have a unique touch.

Q: How good is the photographer's communication skills?

A: Our photographers have years of experience in wedding photography and have worked with hundreds of couples on their special day. Communication is one of their daily work skills. Are they enjoyable to work with? Are they attentive to details? Our photographers have received the "100% Real Customer Reviews" award in the wedding photography industry for three consecutive years from 2020-2022, which recognizes their outstanding communication skills and abilities.

Q: What is the process for submitting photos?

A: The date for submitting all photos varies depending on the level of business. The off-season is from January to August, and generally, you can expect to receive your photos within three months. The peak season is from September to December, and you can expect to receive your photos within four months. Once the photos are completed, we will upload them to an online photo album (with a password) such as Dropbox and notify the newlyweds to download them.

Q: Why is the booking deposit non-refundable if I cancel the reservation?

A: The purpose of the booking deposit is to protect both parties. The deposit ensures that the photographer will provide services on the scheduled date, even if other customers offer higher prices. It also protects the photographer from any losses due to the customer's personal reasons. Of course, if the cancellation is due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable factors, we will help you reschedule for free.
